Truffle Purée Tagliatelle
Dinner For Two
-Heat water in a pot until boiling
-Pour 300 ml of double cream into a frying pan, reduce by 2 third on medium heat.
-Pour your pasta into a pot of boiling water previously salted; when Al dente, drain and add the truffle puree to the cream.
-Mix the pasta and the sauce, add a sprinkle of Parmigianino Reggiano, then serve.
