After years of working as chefs in London, we decided to take our chances and set up shop in the prestigious Borough Market. After battling over a spot, we finally opened the first truffles shop in London.
The way we are trading is authentic to the Italian tradition, with boxes of truffles laying around, leaving the aromas travelling to our customers. We are lucky to have a clientele from everywhere in the world, and our products are trusted by some of the best restaurants in London.
We started trading back in 2006 and kept developing our product range over the years; we are always on the hunt for the best truffles in the world, we import them from Italy, Spain, Australia or even England.
